Journey Stone Creations, publishers of the hardback edition of Never Ceese, changed directions and dropped their young adult line. All copies of Never Ceese were subsequently sold to a liquidator. With no hope of receiving revenue, Sue Dent did the only thing she could do.
Sue says, "I put a lot of time, money and energy into getting my debut novel out there, money I didn't have. I had to do something to recover." Having initially self-published her paperback, she decided to re-publish it. "I'm hearing reports that the hardback is missing pages and falling apart. Do understand you won't have that problem with the paperback version."
Sue Dent's 2006 Bram Stoker Short-listed paperback edition, ISBN: 9780976994701, is now available through Ingram and also Ingram/Spring Arbor. "I'm excited about Never Ceese making it past the content submittal process Spring Arbor subjects all books to. Now it's officially available to all Christian booksellers and all general market booksellers as well should they choose to carry it and even if they don't want to carry it."
The paperback sports an updated cover to boot. "Hopefully, this will help distinguish it from the hardback," Ms. Dent says. Never Ceese is available wherever books are sold.
