Pardee Homes now offers qualified homebuyers who purchase one of its new homes guaranteed rental income on their existing home, via the "Smart Move Advantage" company. Offered in the builder's Southern California and Las Vegas new home communities, The Smart Move Advantage program aims to help prospective buyers capitalize on one of the best buyers' markets in decades, according to Pardee Homes Senior Vice President of Sales Gary Probert.
"While pricing and financing point to 'yes' for a new home purchase, selling and buying remains challenging," Probert said. The Smart Move Advantage program guarantees the rental payment whether or not the qualified buyer has a tenant, and even if the tenant does not pay.
